Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can request a cancellation for a full refund within 8 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered our fulfillment process and cannot be intercepted.
How long does shipping take?
We provide Free Worldwide Shipping. Estimated transit times are 4-8 business days for the United States and 5-15 business days for most other international destinations.
What is the warranty policy?
We offer a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty on all printers. This covers manufacturing defects and internal malfunctions under normal usage conditions.
What is your return & refund policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Unopened items are eligible for a full refund. For opened or used printers, a 15% restocking fee applies. Please note that unsealed ink cartridges are strictly non-returnable.
Do I need to pay import duties?
For orders to the USA, UK, and European Union (EU), all import duties and VAT are included in the price (DDP)—the total at checkout is final. For other regions, customers may be responsible for local taxes as per their country’s regulations.
