4. Taxes and Customs Duties (DDP Policy)
We strive to make your checkout experience as transparent as possible:

Tax Inclusive (EU, UK, USA): For orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, and the European Union, the prices shown on our website are inclusive of all VAT, sales taxes, and import duties. We ship these orders using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) methods, meaning we handle all tax payments so you don’t have to pay anything upon delivery.

Exceptions: In certain countries where local regulations strictly require the recipient to handle customs clearance individually or where DDP service is unavailable, the customer will be responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

5. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the system.

We work with professional global logistics partners, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, 4PX, and YunExpress, to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your printer.
7. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

P.O. Boxes: For security reasons and to ensure successful delivery of high-value items, we recommend providing a physical street address rather than a P.O. Box.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@popfe.com. We will conduct an investigation with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
