At Popfe, we are committed to ensuring our customers worldwide receive high-quality handheld printing technology. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This policy is designed to provide a fair and transparent process for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we offer a limited window for cancellations:
- 8-Hour Grace Period: You may request a full refund and cancellation within 8 hours of placing your order. Please email our support team at support@popfe.com immediately with your Order Number in the subject line.
- After 8 Hours: Once an order exceeds this 8-hour window, it enters our automated fulfillment and logistics cycle. At this stage, the order cannot be intercepted or cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you must follow the standard return process after the package has been delivered.
2. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as indicated by the tracking information) to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Condition of Returned Items & Restocking Fees
To ensure a successful return, items must meet specific condition requirements:
- Unopened & Brand New: If the printer is returned in its original, factory-sealed packaging and has not been used, you will receive a full refund of the product price (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Opened or Lightly Used: For printers that have been unboxed, powered on, or show minor signs of operation, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. This fee covers the costs of professional inspection, cleaning, testing, and refurbishment required to restore the item for resale.
- Important: Ink Cartridge Policy: Due to the nature of thermal inkjet technology, ink cartridges are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the protective seal has been broken or the cartridge has been installed/used. If a printer is returned with an opened ink cartridge, the full retail value of the ink cartridge will be deducted from your refund in addition to any applicable restocking fees.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item due to personal preferences (e.g., "changed mind," "no longer needed," "ordered by mistake," or "product not as expected despite meeting specifications"), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged, has a verified manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, Popfe will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement.
5. Return Process & RMA Requirement
To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please follow these steps:

Request Authorization: Email support@popfe.com with your Order Number and a detailed reason for the return. For defective items, please attach clear photos or videos.

RMA Issuance: Upon approval, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return address for our global warehouse or headquarters.

Secure Packaging: Return the item in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables.

Tracking: Provide us with the tracking number once the item is shipped. Items sent back without a prior RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: The credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the transaction to your statement.
7. One-Year Limited Warranty
Popfe provides a 1-year limited warranty on all handheld printer hardware starting from the date of delivery.
- Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
